What We Offer

Individual and group counselling sessions are available outdoors in an urban farm environment. Indoor locations and online counselling are also available. 

Individual counselling

One on one counselling for all ages either as seated (indoors or outdoors) or as walk and talk therapy. Creative practices are commonly used in sessions

Group Counselling

Group sessions for adults and adolescents are held on a variety of topics including emotional regulation, self-care, stress and anxiety management and understanding mental health

Nature Journaling

The practice of nature journaling encourages mindfulness, observation, scientific enquiry and connection with the natural world. Caters to all ages
